René Bonino

René Bonino ( René Joseph Bonino; born January 14, 1930 in Saulieu , † August 18, 2016 in Autun ) was a French sprinter .

At the Olympic Games in Helsinki in 1952, he was fifth in the 4-by-100-meter relay and was eliminated over 100 m in the run.

In 1954 he won silver over 100 m at the European Athletics Championships in Bern and was eliminated in the 4 x 100 meter relay in the preliminary run.

At the Olympic Games in 1956, he reached the quarter-finals over 100 m and the semi- finals in the 4 x 100 meter relay .

In 1951, 1952 and 1954 he was French champion over 100 m . He set his personal best over this distance of 10.5 s on August 24, 1952 in Colombes .
