The men's 4 x 100 meter relay at the 1954 European Athletics Championships was held on August 27 and 29, 1954 in the Neufeld stadium in Bern .

Hungary became European champions with László Zarándi , Géza Varasdi , György Csányi and Béla Goldoványi . Great Britain ( Kenneth Box , George Ellis , Ken Jones , Brian Shenton ) won the silver medal. Bronze went to the Soviet Union in the line-up of Boris Tokarew , Viktor Ryabov, Levan Sanadze and Leonid Bartenew .
