The 4-by-100-meter relay team of men in the 2012 European Athletics Championships was born on 30 June and 1 July 2012 at the Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys the city of Helsinki held.

The Netherlands became European champions with Brian Mariano , Churandy Martina , Giovanni Codrington and Patrick van Luijk ( final ) as well as Jerrel Feller, who was also used in the preliminary run . Second place went to Germany in the line-up of Julian Reus ( final ), Tobias Unger , Alexander Kosenkow and Lucas Jakubczyk as well as Martin Keller, who was also used in the preliminary run . Bronze went to France with Ronald Pognon ( final ), Christophe Lemaitre , Pierre-Alexis Pessonneaux and Emmanuel Biron as well as Jimmy Vicaut, who was also used in the preliminary run .

The runners only used in the run-up were given corresponding precious metal.
