The 4-by-100-meter relay team of women at the 2012 European Athletics Championships was born on 30 June and 1 July 2012 at the Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys the city of Helsinki held.

Germany became European champions with the line-up of Leena Günther , Anne Cibis , Tatjana Pinto and Verena Sailer . Second place went to the Netherlands with Kadene Vassell , Dafne Schippers ( final ), Eva Lubbers and Jamile Samuel ( final ) as well as Esther Akihary and Marit Dopheide, who were also used in the preliminary run . Bronze went to Poland ( Marika Popowicz , Daria Korczyńska , Marta Jeschke , Ewelina Ptak ).

The runners from the Netherlands who were only used in the preliminary stages each received a silver medal.
