The men's 200-meter run at the 2012 European Athletics Championships was held on June 29 and 30, 2012 in the Olympic Stadium in the Finnish capital Helsinki .
The Dutch sprinters achieved a double victory in this discipline. Churandy Martina became European champion . Patrick van Luijk came in second . The Briton Daniel Talbot won the bronze medal.
