The men's 200-meter run at the European Athletics Championships in 1994 was held on August 10 and 11, 1994 in the Olympic Stadium in the Finnish capital Helsinki .

European champion was the Norwegian Geir Moen , who had won silver over 100 meters three days earlier . He won ahead of the Ukrainian Wladyslaw Dolohodin . The Belgian Patrick Stevens won the bronze medal.
