The women's 100-meter hurdles at the European Athletics Championships in 1994 took place on August 8 and 9, 1994 in the Olympic Stadium in the Finnish capital Helsinki .

For the Bulgarian hurdlers there were two medals in this competition with gold and bronze. The former all- rounder Svetla Dimitrova , who was eligible to start again after being suspended for doping abuse , became the European champion . Russian Julija Graudyn took second place . Bronze went to world record holder Jordanka Donkowa , who had already achieved numerous successes in the past, including Olympic gold in 1988 , Olympic bronze in 1992 , EM silver in 1982 and EM gold in 1986 .
