The women's 100-meter hurdles at the 2010 European Athletics Championships was held on July 30 and 31, 2010 in the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys in the city of Barcelona .

European champion was the Turkish Nevin Yanıt , who set new national records in the semi-finals and in the final. She won ahead of the Irish 2006 European Vice Champion Derval O'Rourke . Bronze went to the German Carolin Nytra .

After the Turkish Nevin Yanıt had already set a new national record in the semifinals, she improved it again in the final and won the race in front of the Irish Derval O'Rourke and the fastest of the European annual best list, the German Carolin Nytra.
