The women's 100-meter hurdles at the European Athletics Championships in 1986 was held from August 27 to 29, 1986 in the Neckar Stadium in Stuttgart .

In this competition, the Bulgarian hurdlers won two medals, gold and bronze. The European champion was the European Championship runner-up from 1982 and world record holder Jordanka Donkowa . She won ahead of Cornelia Oschkenat from the GDR. Bronze went to Ginka Sagortschewa, who was third in the World Cup in 1983 .
