The women's 100-meter hurdles at the European Athletics Championships in 2002 was held on August 8th and 9th, 2002 in the Munich Olympic Stadium.

European champion was the Spanish vice world champion in 1999, Glory Alozie . She won ahead of the Ukrainian Olena Krassowska . Bronze went to Jana Kassowa from Bulgaria .
