The men's 110-meter hurdles at the European Athletics Championships in 1986 took place from August 28 to 30, 1986 in the Neckar Stadium in Stuttgart .
The European champion was the French Stéphane Caristan , who set a new European record in the final. He won Arto Bryggare before the Finnish European Championship third in 1982 and Olympic third in 1984 . Bronze went to the Spaniard Carlos Sala .
