The men's 110-meter hurdles at the 1998 European Athletics Championships took place on August 21 and 22, 1998 in the Népstadion in the Hungarian capital, Budapest .

The European champion was the British world champion from 1993 for the third time in a row , vice world champion from 1997 , Olympic runner-up in 1988 and world record holder Colin Jackson . He won ahead of the German Falk Balzer . The Dutchman Robin Korving took third place .
