The men's 110-meter hurdles at the 1962 European Athletics Championships was held on September 13, 15 and 16, 1962 in Belgrade's Partizan Stadium .

With gold and bronze, the Soviet hurdlers won two medals. European champion was Anatoly Michailow . He won ahead of the Italian Giovanni Cornacchia . Bronze went to Nikolai Berezuzky.

Preliminary round

September 13, 1962

The preliminary round was held in four runs. The first three athletes per run - highlighted in light blue - qualified for the semi-finals. In addition, Klaus Nüske, who was fourth in the first prelim, was admitted to the semi-finals. The reason for this remains unclear.
