The men's 110-meter hurdles at the 1982 European Athletics Championships was held from September 9-11, 1982 in the Olympic Stadium in Athens .

The defending champion and Olympic champion from 1980 Thomas Munkelt from the GDR became European champion . Second place went to the Soviet hurdler Andrei Prokofiev . The Finn Arto Bryggare won the EM bronze in 1978 .
