The men's 4 x 400 meter relay at the 2010 European Athletics Championships was held on July 31 and August 1, 2010 at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys in the city of Barcelona .
Russia won the European championship with Maxim Dyldin , Alexei Aksjonow , Pawel Trenichin and Vladimir Krasnow ( final ) as well as Sergei Petuchow, who was also used in the run-up . Second place went to Great Britain with Conrad Williams , Michael Bingham ( final ), Robert Tobin and Martyn Rooney ( final ) as well as Graham Hedman and Richard Buck, who were also used in the preliminary run . Bronze went to Belgium in the line-up of Arnaud Destatte ( final ), Kevin Borlée , Cédric Van Branteghem and Jonathan Borlée ( final ) as well as Antoine Gillet and Nils Duerinck, who were also used in the preliminary run .
