Paul Sanders (born January 11, 1962 in London ) is a former British athlete .

Paul Sanders was a member of the British 4-by-400-meter relay that won gold in this line-up at the 1990 European Championships : Paul Sanders, Kriss Akabusi , John Regis , Roger Black . The time of 2: 58.22 minutes meant a European record. In this final, silver went to the relay of the Federal Republic of Germany, bronze to the relay of the GDR.

Sanders had a competition weight of 68 kg with a height of 1.78 m.
