Conrad Williams (athlete)
Conrad Williams (born March 20, 1982 in Kingston (Jamaica) ) is a British athlete whose specialty is the 400-meter run .
Sporting successes
Williams celebrated his greatest success to date at the 2009 World Championships in Berlin in the 4 x 400 meter relay : Together with Michael Bingham , Robert Tobin and Martyn Rooney , he won the silver medal behind the US in 3: 00.53 min. American season (2: 57.86 min) and in front of the team from Australia (3: 00.90 min). At the World Indoor Championships in 2010 he was third with the British relay and second at the European Championships in 2010 .
In 2012 Conrad won the silver medal with the relay at the World Indoor Championships in Istanbul. In the open air, the British ran on the same place at the European Championships in Helsinki. In London at the Olympic Games , Conrad reached the semi-finals in the 400-meter run, and finished fourth in the relay.
