Arnaud Destatte
Arnaud Destatte (born July 26, 1988 in Uccle ) is a Belgian sprinter who specializes in the 400-meter run .
In 2010 Destatte won the Belgian 400-meter championship with a personal best of 46.28 s. He was then nominated for the 2010 European Athletics Championships in Barcelona. Over 400 meters he reached the semi-finals there, but retired as seventh of his run. Only four days later he celebrated his biggest international success to date as the starting runner of the Belgian 4 x 400 meter relay . Together with Kevin Borlée , Cédric Van Branteghem , Jonathan Borlée , he won the bronze medal.
Arnaud Destatte is 1.83 m tall and has a competition weight of 67 kg. He starts for Brussels Athletics Excelsior and is coached by Jacques Borlée .
