The men's 10,000-meter run at the 1994 European Athletics Championships was held on August 7, 1994 in the Olympic Stadium in the Finnish capital Helsinki .
The European champion was the Spaniard Abel Antón , who also won bronze over 5000 meters seven days later . The Belgian Vincent Rousseau won the silver medal. Third place went to German Stéphane Franke .

European champion Abel Antón won a week later Bronze 5000 meters - later, he joined the marathon and was twice world champion ( 1997 / 1999 )
