The 10,000-meter run for women at the 1994 European Athletics Championships was held on August 13, 1994 in the Olympic Stadium in the Finnish capital Helsinki .

In this competition there was a double victory for the Portuguese runners. Fernanda Ribeiro became European champion . Second place reached Conceição Ferreira . The Swiss Daria Nauer won the bronze medal.
