The 10,000 Meters of women at the 2014 European Athletics Championships was on 12 August 2014 in the Letzigrund Stadium in Zurich held.

The French long-distance runners won two medals in this competition: silver and bronze . The European champion was the British European Championship runner-up from 2012 Joanne Pavey . She won ahead of Clémence Calvin . Third place went to Laila Traby .

At the 2008 Olympic Games , Turkish Elvan Abeylegesse first set a new European record with 29: 56.34 minutes. However, her result was subsequently canceled due to doping abuse.
