Kristin Patzwahl (born July 16, 1965 in Leipzig ) is a former German athlete who specialized in the 100-meter hurdles .

In 1986 she was GDR champion with the 4 x 100 meter relay and in 1990 in the hall over 60 meter hurdles. After reunification, Patzwahl won the German championship in the 100-meter hurdles in 1991, 1993 and 1994. Internationally, she reached the finals several times: she was eighth at the 1987 Universiade , seventh at the 1990 European Championships in Split, eighth at the 1991 World Championships in Tokyo and sixth at the 1992 European Indoor Championships in Genoa. At the Olympic Games in Barcelona in 1992 and in Atlanta in 1996 , she reached the semi-finals. In 1998 she ended her sports career.

Seat selection had a personal best of 12.80 seconds, set in Chemnitz in 1990. She started for SC DHfK Leipzig (1980–92), LAC Halensee Berlin (1993–95) and LG SCC Nike Berlin (1996–97).
