The men's 200-meter run at the European Athletics Championships in 1934 was held on September 8 and 9, 1934 in the Turin Stadio Benito Mussolini .

The gold and bronze medals went to sprinters from the Netherlands. Christiaan Berger became European champion . He won ahead of the Hungarians József Sir and Martinus Osendarp .

Christiaan Berger had won both sprint titles at these first European championships.
