The women's 100-meter run at the 2012 European Athletics Championships was held on June 27 and 28, 2012 in the Olympic Stadium in the Finnish capital Helsinki .
Bulgarian Iwet Lalowa became European champion . She won ahead of Olessja Powch from Ukraine. Lina Grinčikaitė from Lithuania came third.
