The women's 100-meter run at the 1950 European Athletics Championships was held on August 24 and 25, 1950 in the Heysel Stadium in the Belgian capital, Brussels .

The European champion was Fanny Blankers-Koen from the Netherlands . She won ahead of the defending champion Yevgenia Setschenowa from the Soviet Union. Bronze went to the Briton June Foulds .
