The women's 100-meter run at the 1954 European Athletics Championships was held on August 26 and 27, 1954 in the Neufeld stadium in Bern .

The European champion was the Soviet sprinter Irina Turowa . She won ahead of the Dutch Bertha van Duyne . Bronze went to Anne Pashley from Great Britain .
