Sofja Rachimowna Malschina

Sofja Rachimowna Malschina ( Russian Софья Рахимовна Мальшина , English transcription Sofya Malshina, née Ганцева - Ganzewa - Gantseva; born May 17, 1921 ) is a former Soviet sprinter .

In 1950 she was fourth over 200 m at the European Athletics Championships in Brussels and won bronze in the 4-by-100-meter relay with the Soviet quartet . Over 100 m she was disqualified in the preliminary run.

At the World Festival of Youth and Students in 1949 and 1951, she won silver over 100 m and 1951 bronze over 200 m.
