The women's 4 x 100 meter relay at the 1946 European Athletics Championships was held on August 25, 1946 in the Bislett Stadium in the Norwegian capital, Oslo .

The Netherlands became European champions with Gerda Koudijs , Nettie Timmer , Martha Adema and Fanny Blankers-Koen . The relay from France won the silver medal in the cast Léa Caurla , Anne-Marie Colchen , Claire Brésolles and Monique Drilhon . Bronze went to the Soviet Union ( Yevgenia Setschenowa , Walentina Fokina , Elene Gokieli , Walentina Wassiljewa ).
