Ida Kühnel (born April 22, 1920 in Munich ; † July 20, 1999 there ) was a German athlete who won the gold medal at the European Championships in 1938 in 46.8 s with the German 4 x 100 meter relay in the Cast Josefine Kohl , Käthe Krauß , Emmy Albus , Ida Kühnel. In the 100-meter run of these European Championships, she was fifth (12.3 s).

Ida Kühnel belonged to the sports club MTV 1879 Munich . She was German champion in the 100-meter run in 1939 and 1941. In 1939, 1943 and 1950 she was champion with the 4 x 100 meter relay. She set her best time of 11.9 s in Erfurt in 1939. After their wedding she was called Adler, after remarrying Pleschak.
