Elżbieta Szyroka (born Ćmok; born August 22, 1936 ) is a former Polish sprinter .

At the European Athletics Championships in Stockholm in 1958 , she reached the semi-finals over 100 m and was eliminated over 200 m in the preliminary run.

Four years later, she won the European Championship in Belgrade in the 4 x 100 meter relay . She finished sixth over 100 m, and reached the semifinals over 200 m.

In 1963 she became the Polish 100m champion.
