The men's long jump at the 1946 European Athletics Championships was held on August 23, 1946 in the Bislett Stadium in the Norwegian capital, Oslo .

European champion was the Swede Olle Laessker . Second place went to Lucien Graff from Switzerland . The Czechoslovak Miroslav Řihošek won the bronze medal.
