Preben Larsen
Preben Larsen ( Preben Kaj Larsen; born September 7, 1922 in Copenhagen , † November 12, 1965 in Esbjerg ) was a Danish three and long jumper .
At the European Athletics Championships in Oslo in 1946 , he was sixth in the triple jump and was eliminated in the long jump in qualification.
In the triple jump he was fourth at the 1948 Olympic Games in London and seventh at the Euro 1950 in Brussels. At the Olympic Games in Helsinki in 1952 , he came in 13th place.
Twelve times he was Danish champion in the triple jump (1942, 1944-1953, 1955), seven times in the long jump (1943-1945, 1947, 1948, 1952, 1953) and twice in the high jump (1941, 1944).
