Wilhelm Leichum
Wilhelm Leichum (born May 12, 1911 in Neu-Isenburg ; † July 19, 1941 at Gorki , Soviet Union ) was a German athlete who was twice European champion in the long jump in the 1930s and won the bronze medal four times at the Olympic Games in 1936 -100-meter relay race won.

Wilhelm Leichum initially started for MSV Wünsdorf , and in 1938 for DSC Berlin . In his active time he was 1.74 m tall and 70 kg . He died in the summer of 1941 as a lieutenant on the Eastern Front during World War II .
