The men's 4 x 100 meter relay at the 1946 European Athletics Championships was held on August 24 and 25, 1946 in the Bislett Stadium in the Norwegian capital, Oslo .

The season from Sweden in the line-up of Stig Danielsson , Inge Nilsson , Olle Laessker and Stig Håkansson became European champions . France won the silver medal with Agathon Lepève, Julien Lebas , Pierre Gonon and René Valmy . Bronze went to Czechoslovakia (Mirko Paráček, Leopold Láznička, Miroslav Řihošek , Jiří David ).
