Jan Lammers (athlete)
Jan Lammers (born September 30, 1926 in Drachten ; † September 1, 2011 there ) was a Dutch sprinter .
At the European Athletics Championships in Oslo in 1946 , he was eliminated over 100 m in the semi-finals and was fourth in the 4 x 100 meter relay .
In 1948 he reached the quarter-finals at the Olympic Games in London over 200 m and was sixth in the 4-by-100-meter relay .
At the European Championships in Brussels in 1950 , he won bronze over 200 m and failed over 100 m in the preliminary run.
Twice he was Dutch champion over 100 m (1948, 1950) and once over 100 m (1950).
