Jiří David
Jiří David (born February 16, 1923 in Brno ; † June 19, 1997 ibid.) Is a former Czechoslovak sprinter .
At the European Athletics Championships in Oslo in 1946 , he won bronze over 200 m and in the 4 x 100 m relay . He reached the semi-finals over 100 m , and in the 4 x 400 meter relay he came in sixth place.
In 1952 he was sixth in the 4 x 100 meter relay at the Olympic Games in Helsinki . Over 400 m he was eliminated in the lead.
