Erica May-Lynn Jarder (born April 2, 1986 in Täby ) is a Swedish long jumper . At a height of 1.73 m, her competition weight is 58 kg.

Life

With the Athletics Erica Jarder began when she was seven years old, the club Täby IS, then she moved to Danderyd SK and IF Linnéa . With her coach at the time, Peter Pons, she moved to Väsby IK in 2006 and then to her current club Spårvägens FK in 2009. All of their clubs were from the greater Stockholm area . From 2009 she was trained by Lech Nikitin. In February 2010 she moved to Copenhagen . Your Copenhagen club there is Sparta Athletics.

She is now trained by the Danish triple jumper and high jumper Anders Møller , with whom she is in a relationship. The two have twin girls.

In the long jump, Erica Jarder won the Swedish individual championships in 2007 (with 6.02 m in Eskilstuna ), 2012 (with 6.46 m in Stockholm), 2013 (with 6.54 m in Borås ) and 2014 (with 6.65 m m in Umeå ) and the Swedish Indoor Championships in 2008 (with 6.24 m in Malmö ), 2009 (with 6.09 m in Bollnäs ), 2012 (with 6.24 m in Örebro ), 2013 (with 6.33 m in Norrköping ) and 2015 (with 6.58 m in Stockholm). With the 4 x 100 meter relay of her club Spårvägens FK ( Gladys Bamane , Nuulu Ndiwabene , Erica Jarder, Moa Hjelmer ) she was Swedish champion in 2013 in Stockholm in 45.82 s.

In Denmark, in 2011 in Copenhagen, she won the Danish championship in the 100-meter run with 11.75 s and at the same event the long jump competition with 6.42 m.

Her greatest success was her bronze medal at the European Athletics Indoor Championships 2013 in Gothenburg , where she jumped a personal best with 6.71 m in her last attempt.
