René Ríos Boettiger
René Ríos Boettiger (born December 15, 1911 in Concepción ; † July 14, 2000 ), better known under the stage name Pepo , was a Chilean cartoonist . He became famous through the cartoon character Condorito, which he created .
He dropped out of medical school and moved to Santiago in 1932 . In 1943 he developed Condorito.
