René de Castries
René de Castries , origin. René de La Croix de Castries , called Duc de Castries , (born August 6, 1908 in La Bastide-d'Engras , Gard department , † July 17, 1986 ) was a French historian .
The Académie française took on René de Castries as a successor to the late theologian Marc Boegner in 1972 ( armchair 2 ).
