Renate Wyder

Renate Wyder , married Pohoralek , is a Swiss table tennis player from the 1970s and 1980s. She took part in two European championships and three world championships .

Career

Renate Wyder played for TTC Kloten . She won nine titles at the national Swiss championships , namely 1978, 1979 and 1980 in singles, 1978, 1980 and 1981 in doubles with Franziska Weibel , 1985 and 1989 in doubles with Barbara Höfliger and 1981 in mixed with Markus Frutschi.

In 1978 and 1980 she represented Switzerland at the European Championships, in 1977 , 1979 and 1981 she was nominated for the World Cup, but never came close to the medal ranks.
