McElduff made his debut in the Mont Gabriel World Cup in January 2012 and finished in seventh place. In the 2014/15 season she finished in the top ten four times in the World Cup. She won her first World Cup in Lake Placid and at the end of the season she finished 22nd in the overall World Cup and seventh in the Aerials World Cup. At the 2015 Freestyle Skiing World Championships on Kreischberg , she finished 13th. In the following season she achieved six World Cup appearances, a top ten placement and at the end of the season she was 16th in the Aerials World Cup.
McElduff has participated in 28 World Cups so far and was in the top ten seven times. (Status: end of season 2015/16)
