Renzo Eusebi

Renzo Eusebi (* 1946 in Patrignone, Montalto delle Marche ), is an Italian painter and sculptor .

He is a co-founder of the artistic movements of Transvisionismo (1995) and the GAD (Group Aniconismo Dialectico-1997).

life and work

Eusebi attended the art school in Rome in 1962 and became friends with the painter and sculptor Sante Monachesi (1910–1991). He was engaged in the production of plaster of paris bas-reliefs , worked with the spatula and created a number of paintings.

In the 1980s he varied in his paintings spirals or thin lines on a monochrome underground that are intertwined, as well as repeatedly groupings of the geometric shapes square and rectangle, preferably in the pure colors red, black, yellow, blue and purple, on white , gray or black background.

In the 1990s he was a founding member of the "Transvisionismo", an artistic movement that in Castell'Arquato (PC) and GAD (= Gruppo Aniconismo Dialettico ), a group of artists who primarily with concrete art and non- figurative painting dealt and which was founded by the art critic and historian Giorgio di Genova.

Since the 1970s his works have been represented in numerous solo and group exhibitions.
