The Rhön cattle drive is an event that has been taking place since 1989 in the Hilders district of Simmershausen in the Hessian Rhön in the Rhön biosphere reserve .

Back then the occasion was a small village festival; today the cattle drive attracts several thousand visitors; In 2015 around 6,000 visitors were counted; two years earlier even more than 10,000.
