Riad Beyrouti ( Arabic ریاض بیروتي ; * May 6, 1944 in Damascus ; † November 4, 2019 in Honfleur ) was a Syrian painter . He lived in the French region of Lower Normandy since 1969 .

biography

Riad Beyrouti studied at the State University of Fine Arts in Damascus, where he specialized in making sculptures . In 1969 he moved to France and studied sculpture at the École nationale supérieure des beaux-arts de Paris . At that time, César Baldaccini was in charge of the school's sculpture department.

He took part in various exhibitions in Caen and Honfleur .

Pricing
