Ricardo Elmont
Ricardo Elmont (born September 16, 1954 in Paramaribo , † September 2, 2013 in Amsterdam ) was a Surinamese judoka .
Elmont was a member of the Surinamese Olympic team in Montreal in 1976 . He finished 9th in middleweight judo competitions (up to 80 kg) . Elmont was after Iwan Blijd the second judoka from Suriname to take part in the Olympic Games.
He was the father of Guillaume Elmont and Dex Elmont , who both started as judoka at the Olympic Games for the Netherlands.
