Richard Bartlsperger

Richard Bartlsperger (born April 10, 1936 in Munich ) is a German lawyer .

Life

After receiving his doctorate in Erlangen - Nuremberg in 1964 and his habilitation there in 1969, he held the chair for public law at the Law Faculty of the University of Mannheim and was a part-time judge at the Baden-Württemberg Administrative Court. Since 1974 he has held the chair for public law in Erlangen. He has been retired since 2002 .

His main research areas are specialist planning law, regional and regional planning law, land-use planning law and building planning law, road law and environmental law.
