Richard Carstensen

Richard Diedrich Johannes Carstensen (born November 11, 1906 in Aabenraa , † December 30, 1992 in Lübeck ) was a German educator and author.

Life

Carstensen studied Romance Philology and in 1936 at the University of Tübingen Dr. phil. PhD. He then worked as a teacher and, most recently, senior teacher in Lübeck.

He has also written numerous books and essays as an author. His numerous publications cover a wide range of historical and biographical interests. There were also contributions to the history of literature, but also his own novels, books for young people and collections of anecdotes.
