Richard F. Hartl

Richard Fritz Hartl (born September 15, 1956 in Vienna ) is an Austrian scientist in the field of business administration. He is a university professor for production and logistics at the University of Vienna .

Life

Hartl studied technical mathematics at the Technical University of Vienna , where he received his doctorate in 1980 and qualified as a professor in 1987.

He has published in well-known journals, including Computers & Operations Research , the European Journal of Operational Research and Operations Research Spectrum .

In the Handelsblatt Betriebswirte Ranking 2009, which analyzes the research performance of 2,100 business economists in Germany, Austria and German-speaking Switzerland based on the quality of publications since 2005, it was ranked 12th.
