Richard Ochmann

Richard Ochmann (born March 28, 1918 ; † 2008 ) was a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Court of Justice .

Life

Ochmann passed the Great State Examination on October 30, 1952. Since July 8, 1955, he was a court assessor in the higher regional court district of Frankfurt am Main . On May 1, 1957, he was appointed regional judge at the Frankfurt am Main regional court , and on May 4, 1964, he was appointed senior judge at the Frankfurt higher regional court . He was elected judge at the Federal Court of Justice in 1970 and entered the 10th Civil Senate on November 30, 1970 , of which he was a member until his departure on March 31, 1986. Ochmann was also a lecturer at the Technical University of Darmstadt .
