Richard Oesterheld
Richard Oesterheld (born April 11, 1880 in Bornhagen , † after 1945) was a German judge .
Life
The son of a Protestant manor owner passed both state examinations (1903, 1907) with "sufficient". In 1907 he became a court assessor and in 1912 a district judge in Ratibor. At the First World War he took recently as lieutenant of the reserve part. In 1920 he was appointed district judge . He was appointed senior judge at the Hamm Higher Regional Court in May 1925 and in Celle in December 1925 as an assistant judge in Ratibor. He was assistant judge at the Reichsgericht from 1931 and from September 1, 1932 Reich Judge. He was in the VII Civil Senate and III. Criminal Senate and 1945 in the VI. Civil Senate active. Because he had hopes of a Senate presidency, he joined the NSDAP in 1937.
